1. Service
Callout.world is a public competitive leaderboard. Participants enter an arena using either an X handle or a website URL as their public identity. Verified cumulative challenge values determine rank. “GOAT,” “title,” “throne,” “dethrone,” and similar language are product/game terminology for paid promotional positions, not independent judgments of professional ability.
2. Payments and ranking
All displayed challenge values are in USD unless stated otherwise. New entries pay their submitted value. A returning listing using the same arena, public identity and verified contact email pays only the increase to its new cumulative target. Rank changes only after the payment processor confirms capture. If the amount required for #1 changes while checkout is open, Callout.world may leave the stale order uncaptured and require a new challenge.
3. Not gambling
A challenge payment buys promotional leaderboard placement. It is not a wager, bet, prize-pool contribution, investment, or promise of a cash or monetary prize. Callout.world does not pay winnings to title holders or challengers.
4. Dynamic competition
Your rank is not permanent. Another participant can submit a higher verified value. Being passed does not erase your cumulative public value and does not itself create a right to a refund.
5. Identity and authority
You represent that you are authorized to use the submitted X handle or website identity. Do not impersonate another person or falsely imply control of an X account, website, portfolio, brand, product, or organization.
6. Platform independence
Callout.world is an independent service. References or links to X or other third-party platforms do not imply sponsorship, endorsement, partnership, or affiliation. Third-party platform rules continue to apply to your use of those services.
7. Acceptable use
Do not use the service for fraud, harassment, doxxing, unlawful intrusion, malware distribution, payment abuse, deceptive schemes, prohibited goods, infringement, exploitation, hate or extremist activity, or manipulation of site telemetry. We may suspend or remove content or placements where reasonably necessary for security, legal compliance, or platform integrity.
8. Availability and changes
Arenas, minimum challenge values, increments, presentation, features, and availability may change. We may pause or discontinue features where reasonably necessary. Historical payment/accounting records may remain where required for reconciliation, fraud prevention, disputes, or law.
9. Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Callout.world is provided without a guarantee of uninterrupted availability or commercial outcome. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, exemplary, special, or lost-profit damages arising from use of the service, except where liability cannot lawfully be excluded.
