1. Public challenge data
The public side of a listing may include the submitted X handle or website identity, linked public URL, arena, cumulative public challenge value, rank, timestamps, title status, and aggregate challenge history. Do not submit information you do not want associated with a public placement.
2. Private contact and payment data
Contact email addresses, payment processor identifiers, receipt tokens, support messages, security records, and raw anti-abuse information are not intentionally published. PayPal or another configured payment provider processes payment credentials; Callout.world receives the transaction information needed to verify, reconcile and support the placement.
3. Live visitor telemetry
The public live counter and charts expose aggregate counts only. The application creates a keyed daily visitor hash from network/browser request information so it can estimate unique presence and rate-limit abuse without publishing IP addresses. The live-presence table stores that pseudonymous hash, the requested path, and a recent timestamp. It is not designed as precise location tracking.
4. Security and anti-abuse
Servers and configured security providers may process IP address, user-agent, request timestamps, security events, and related technical signals. Cloudflare Turnstile may be used on public forms, with Compatinova available as a compatibility fallback when configured.
5. X and third-party links
A participant may submit an X profile or another public proof link. Callout.world does not require publishing private X account data and does not claim affiliation with X. Visiting or using a third-party site is subject to that provider's own terms and privacy practices.
6. Retention
Operational, support, payment, security, and privacy-request records are retained according to the production configuration and may be kept longer where reasonably necessary for accounting, fraud prevention, dispute handling, legal obligations, or security investigations.
7. Data rights
Where applicable, you may request access, correction, deletion, portability, restriction, or objection through Data Rights. We may need to verify your relationship to a listing or record before changing or disclosing it.
