1. Dynamic rank is part of the product
A later verified challenge may pass your placement. Being dethroned, losing #1, receiving fewer views than expected, or deciding not to continue competing does not by itself create a refund right.
2. Arena movement while checkout is open
Callout.world revalidates the current arena before creating a Dodo checkout. If another verified move lands while your hosted checkout is open, a successfully verified incremental payment is applied to your listing's then-current cumulative value rather than being silently discarded. If you cancel, no payment or board change is applied.
3. Completed payments
Verified completed challenge payments are generally final after the placement is activated, except where required by law or where we confirm a duplicate charge, incorrect amount, technical failure that prevented the purchased placement from activating, or another payment error for which a refund is appropriate.
4. Requesting review
Use Support and include the receipt number or Dodo payment ID (or a legacy PayPal order ID), the email used for the challenge, and a concise description of the payment issue. Do not send passwords or full card details.
