1. Dynamic rank is part of the product
A later verified challenge may pass your placement. Being dethroned, losing #1, receiving fewer views than expected, or deciding not to continue competing does not by itself create a refund right.
2. Stale #1 challenges
Callout.world rechecks the required #1 value before capture. If the title moved while checkout was open, the stale order may be left uncaptured so you can decide whether to submit the new amount.
3. Completed payments
Captured challenge payments are generally final after the placement is activated, except where required by law or where we confirm a duplicate capture, incorrect amount, technical failure that prevented the purchased placement from activating, or another payment error for which a refund is appropriate.
4. Requesting review
Use Support and include the receipt number or PayPal order ID, the email used for the challenge, and a concise description of the payment issue. Do not send passwords or full card details.
